Brooke Guthrie

Brooke Guthrie, who is also known as EcoChef Love, is a North Carolina native who specializes in healthy Southern Fusion cuisine. She grew up helping her mother bake her famous Pound Cakes. After watching her beloved Mother succumb to Diabetes after a brave and long battle, she vowed to never again bake unhealthy goodies for anyone. Today she is an Earth Friendly Chef, Professional Baker, Chocolatier and EcoCaterer who specializes in creating Healthy, EcoFriendly (Plant Based) Southern Fusion Cuisine and Agave Sweetened (Diabetic Friendly), Gluten Free Sweets. One of her EcoFriendly Sandwiches was recently featured in The Huffington Post. EcoChef Love is also an EcoSpeaker, EcoFood Trend Setter, EcoTrend Spotter and EcoFood Consultant who travels around the U.S. teaching Beautiful Citizens of this Great Earth how to Green Your Plate.
