Eat for your Blood Type

Ever since my wife and I decided to follow these reccomendations our lifes have changed. Nomore IBS, Acid reflux, allergies,digestive problems, energy level, sleep better, less pain, flexibility increased. Weight looss or gain much easier, actualy lost 25 pounds without trying to. As a type "O' and my wife type "A" we make the foods that make our metabilism work properly. Keeping our bodies alkaline in lieu of acidic where cancer and diseaes thrive. No supplements to buy, no more books to buy, nothing but choosing the foods for your type and AVOIDING the foods that are not. as an "O" i am meat based where my wife as an "A" is veggie based. Makes meals more challenging but it is worth it. wWe will NEVERgo back. Speaking of that once you are doing it for over 6 months when you cheat with "AVOID" food your body lets you know big time. Tired ,sore achy, less energy and a bloated belly. Constipation and digestive issues as well. Please look into this. not affiliated with the author or anyone concerning this book just a very happy camper it was recco to us.

    I looked over the "Eat Right For Your Blood Type" website (here: http://www.dadamo.com/), and it talks a bit about different blood types resulting in different personality types. Do you find those descriptions accurate for you and your wife as well?

    I want to believe in it, but I could find ways to relate to all 4 different blood types....I'm on the fence.

    Yes the personality traits are spot on.
    revival, Hi . Try it for a month. It is the only way to discover the benifits. We were skeptical as well, especially my wife.
    food now is totally digested, two or more bowl movements a day. more enegy and weight loss without trying. we eat MORE now than ever before.
    All who have tried it so far [ friends and family] will NOT go back.
    It was toughfor us to give up certain favorite foods but when our bodies reminded us with soreness, aches, bloated stomachs and less energy it was hard to argue. eliminating Wheat alone was a big factor.
