Ever since my wife and I decided to follow these reccomendations our lifes have changed. Nomore IBS, Acid reflux, allergies,digestive problems, energy level, sleep better, less pain, flexibility increased. Weight looss or gain much easier, actualy lost 25 pounds without trying to. As a type "O' and my wife type "A" we make the foods that make our metabilism work properly. Keeping our bodies alkaline in lieu of acidic where cancer and diseaes thrive. No supplements to buy, no more books to buy, nothing but choosing the foods for your type and AVOIDING the foods that are not. as an "O" i am meat based where my wife as an "A" is veggie based. Makes meals more challenging but it is worth it. wWe will NEVERgo back. Speaking of that once you are doing it for over 6 months when you cheat with "AVOID" food your body lets you know big time. Tired ,sore achy, less energy and a bloated belly. Constipation and digestive issues as well.
