Last night I finally got to experience the two guys tomato sauce that Bess Silverman kindly dropped off for me. She had told me how fresh and tasty it is but of course I had to try it to believe it. My expectations were high though as I am a Jersey boy and, having grown up in princeton, have a high regard for New Jersey - Garden State - tomatos (and corn)!

The sauce I am happy to say exceeded my expectations. It bursts with a fresh, delectable sweet tomato flavor with just the right amount of garlic. Not too much, not too little.

I heartily recommend you pick some up at Whole Foods or Stop and Shop and treat yourself to this delicious, local tomato sauce. You will also feel good that you are supporting local farming and producers and all the good that goes with that.
