I recently came across some definitions of fine dining and was just wondering how this wonderful thing can be reduced to such emptiness. "top notch service", "strict dress code", "expensive", or "elegant tableware" are just a few terms commonly associated with fine dining. but what about the sensual experience you have? or the thrill of anticipation for each following course? or the inspiration you get from the carefully created meals in a fine dining restaurant? all this can't just be narrowed down to a few simple words, can it?
