Abigail Hitchcock Cooks it up at Cama Je

Last night, I attended a birthday party at Cama Je, a cozy one-room French-American bistro on MacDougal Street in the West Village. Chef-Owner, Abigail Hitchcock, and her team served a great dinner for our private, twenty-person party. The pumpkin soup was served with very tasty garlic croutons that nicely offset the delicate pumpkin flavor, and the sauteed organic chicken with broccoli mash and roasted cippolini onions au jus was perfect. When you go, do not skip dessert - the banoffee pie is signature and the molton chocolate cake is explosive!

Abigail also owns Abigail Cafe and Wine Bar in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Visit Abigail's websites to learn about her cooking classes and her mysterious "dark dining" offering.
