Szechuan cuisine has become an increasingly popular choice with the Chinese and Non-Chinese diners in recent years. Just take a walk down the famous eating out street in Beijing, Gui Jie (which literally means “Ghost Street”), and you will see every other restaurant there serving Szechuan style Hot Pot.
